Who is responsible for your data
This notice covers bulletz.uk only – the independent portal you're reading now, not any casino operator it writes about. When this page mentions Bulletz, it means the brand under review; you can read our full write-up on the Bulletz homepage. bulletz.uk acts as the data controller for anything collected through this site itself, such as a contact form submission or a browsing session.
We are not the operator of any gambling product, and none of the data described below is shared with a casino simply because you've read about it here. If you go on to register with an operator directly, that company becomes the controller of whatever you give them at that point – its own privacy policy applies from there, not this one.
What reaches us
Two categories of information reach bulletz.uk in practice. How long it is kept
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, then deleted. We don't keep data indefinitely, and we don't repurpose it for anything beyond running the site and improving what we publish.
Children
bulletz.uk is intended for adults only. Access to this site and its content is restricted to persons aged 18+, in line with the gambling-related subject matter it covers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we become aware that we have, we'll delete it. Parents sharing a device with a minor may wish to use parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio.
